Sometimes crazy, sometimes moody, at times stupid too..
She has all the answers but still questions everything u do..
She always listens to what you have to say but waits to be heard..
She fights like there's no tomorrow but quitely hides her own sorrow..
She remembers every important thing but still forgets even the smallest of things..
She easily solves the most complicated problems but finds it difficult to understand the simplest of them..
You may never know whats on her mind, but she knows things even before it crosses your mind..
You may hate her for her weird ways but she loves you the way you are...
You may want to leave her but still you can't live without her..

She says Men will be Men..but only she knows what it takes to be a Woman..

Why do we wrongly perceive the right person but not rightly perceive the wrong person? Error in perception or person??

Bold is Beautiful

Just the other day, I heard a conversation...."She is quite bold"..The phrase always raises eyebrows..It made me think why do we take this word always in a negative sense?

Isn't being Bold being open about one's feelings,thoughts,opinions...
Isn't being Bold being aware about one's desires, be it physical,mental,emotional...
Isn't being Bold being confident & honest with oneself...
Isn't being bold being independent and self-reliant..
Isn't being Bold being capable of expressing oneself freely...
Isn't being Bold being conscious of one's decisions and reactions..
Isn't being Bold being aware of one's strengths & weakness...
Isn't being Bold being strong enough to accept one's own mistakes..
Isn't being Bold being in control of one's life..
Isn't being Bold being in love with oneself...

If all this is really being Bold, then Bold is indeed Beautiful and we should be Bold enough to say that..

2012 Resolutions

2012 is here...and there are so many things to be done..So thought of putting them down...

1. Blog often..(at least once in a month or two)
2. Follow a healthy lifestyle (Eat more and work out more)
3. Get more organized in whatever work I take up
4. Help mom in cooking (includes new experiments in cooking):)
5. Read 20 new books in this year (quite achievable, Hope to exceed)
6. Re-pursue music..so missed in 2011
7. Give time for dance practice sessions
8. Stop dwelling in the past (Not easy make a sincere attempt)
9. Learning money management (different investment options like share trading)
10.Not thinking too mch on matters of least importance and priority
11.Control the Facebook addiction..
12.Most important- Be myself!! :)

2011-The year that was

Just 3 days more n we would bid goodbye to 2011..
2011-The year that was quite eventful....

It was a year of new opportunities,new dreams, new responsibilities,new acquaintances,new friends,new learnings,new realizations...But It was also a year of revival of old ties,reminiscing of old memories, reliving the old moments,reconnecting with old friends,reflecting on some old thoughts...

Life got a whole new direction with the chosen career in management supplemented with the interesting field of HR..Visage, the inter-collegiate fest true to its name revealed a new Face of myself as an multi-task manager...

The First Internship experience gave an insight about the vast corporate world waiting ahead..It added to the existing learnings and experiences..

It was a year where there were lot of additions and deletions as well..Both brought their share of joys and pain..It was also a year of never-ending arguments,debates,conversations but also in some cases a never ending silence...

At times long days surrounded by loads of people but at times long nights of loneliness..

It was a year with some days filled with endless work, sleepless nights and some days filled with absolute emptiness..

It was a year with its share of debit and credit, profit and loss...But most important it was a year that was enjoyed to the fullest...

Thanks 2011 for all the above and looking forward to a more exciting 2012!!

Time flies but the bond remains..

Recently I attended my best friend's wedding..I am so happy for her..Through the entire ceremony, I kept remembering all the sweet memories spent with her..Like all best friends, we too had our share of differences, disputes,arguments to the extent that situations did create a never ending like distance between us..But on her Big day all I could remember were the happiest moments we enjoyed together..There was a feeling of being 'grown up'..As she was beginning with her new phase in her life, I suddenly realized what an important part she has played in my life...Its funny how you realize somethings in just few seconds and some others take a lifetime...:)

Time flies so quickly..Life moves on...But the bond between us remains forever..I think certain relationships donot need frequent conversations or interactions..They are meant to stay with us for lifelong..Though we may not meet often but the bond that created a long ago still remains and will continue to remain forever..I think thats the success of any relationship..Di,I am happy and fortunate that I could be a part of your life..Wish you all the happiness and peace in the new phase of your life..
